Chris is the most professional home inspector I have ever worked with and I have worked with many. A specific example is a referral I sent to him at 430 pm. The client needed an inspection asap and Chris was able to meet him that night for the inspection. Although this isn't the typical timeframe, Chris does his best to meet the needs of his clients. The client was over the moon with the response and was very vocal about his professionalism and ability to provide a great inspection.

House inspection completed 06/12/2020. Chris was thorough and explained the good and bad areas of the house. The report supplied is extensive. The report language was simple to understand and follow (as a first time buyer, super helpful) and the hyperlinks to the city codes gave necessary ammunition, to provide to the seller, so they can update those items deemed safety before purchase. Even if we don't purchase the house, the seller is now aware of the repairs a new applicant loan provider will ask for, prior to sale.
