Chris was born and raised in Central Florida. He spent his early summers helping his grandfather, father, and uncle on construction sites where he learned the value of an honest day’s work. He enjoyed the time spent on the job with his family and admired the appreciation their clients had for the quality job they provided. He discovered helping others, meeting new people, and building a reputation for hard work were things he admired.

Chris strives to continue this legacy daily. By consistently improving his experience and education in order to provide his clients the best possible experience. Eric is a husband and father, a 6-year Army veteran, and Florida native. After his service and deployment to Iraq, he came back home to pursue his degree in Civil Engineering and making the world a better place. With a smile on his face and heart on his sleeve, you can always trust Eric to have your best interest in mind.

On the weekends you can find him at the beach or doing outdoor activities. On the weekdays you can find him inspecting homes, working out in his home gym, or pursuing further education in home inspections while simultaneously being a full-time college student. A hard worker through and through, Eric is always striving to better himself and helping those around him. If you ever need anything, feel free to give him a call!

Hans has been in the Real Estate industry since 2016 with expertise in property management, residential real estate sales, and residential home inspection. The experience of all these positions has made Hans uniquely qualified to take on the position of Growth Representative for Robbins Home Inspection. His passion and expertise to help customers navigate the complex world of purchasing a home is what drives him every day. Buying and selling a home can be a difficult and stressful scenario so we strive to make sure that your inspection is thorough and detailed so you can make that decision with ease and confidence.

In his spare time, Hans takes advantage of the beautiful Bay area weather for bike rides, kayaking area rivers, and taking his rescue dog to local dog parks. He also stays focused and in shape by incorporating circuit training and yoga into his daily activities. Tabitha graduated with a Business Marketing degree in 2009 and has been in the Real Estate industry since 2015. Her passion for continuous growth allows her to stay on top of her field to be able to provide the best service to her clients. Throughout her career in Real Estate she has been able to work closely with many contractors and ultimately decided to become licensed as a Home Inspector.

Tabitha believes in a work/ life balance and enjoys spending time with her kids and Golden Retriever. She enjoys taking them out to the beach or riding along the Pinellas trail on their bikes.

Beverly organizes and manages schedules and resources while innovating ways to improve teamwork and office support. Beverly’s contribution and her continued commitment to her career has made her pillar to the company.

Prior to becoming an assistant, Beverly worked as a customer service representative at AT&T and as an assistant at Digimarc Corporation. She assisted customers with complaints and questions, provided customers information about products and services, received orders and processed returns. Her experience and education help her excell in her career.

As cheerful and enthusiastic as she may seem, Trace is a cancer survivor and she wishes to inspire her colleagues and friends.
